Pumpkin has been with me practically since childhood. In the autumn, my siblings and I dried pumpkin seeds in the old kitchen stove so that we could eat them whenever we felt like it. As a child, I underestimated the health properties of this vegetable, so I'm making up for it now. I prepare pumpkin puree in large quantities every year because the variety of uses in the kitchen means that the jars disappear very quickly.

Pumpkin puree without preservatives
Pumpkin puree without preservatives was prepared using the traditional method - without added sugar. Therefore, the noticeable sweetness comes only from the vegetables themselves. I cut the collected pumpkins into quarters, remove the seeds, then peel the skin and cut into cubes. Then I place the pumpkin in a pot and stir it while frying until it reaches the appropriate density. The pumpkins from which I prepare the puree come from natural cultivation. Thanks to this, I can extract the real flavor of the pumpkin, which I then seal in a jar.

Purée use
With the help of purée you can prepare soup, bigos, pumpkin spaghetti, crispy pumpkin fries, pâté, salad, dumplings, pumpkin risotto, casserole, stew, cheesecake, brownie with pumpkin, muffins, cookies, pancakes, cutlets, crumpets, pancake stuffing and many other dishes. In other words, pumpkin puree provides a wide range of food preparation possibilities. It all depends on your creativity and taste preferences.

What does pumpkin puree taste like?
After opening the jar, pumpkin purée smells like a delicate, quartered pumpkin, has a thick consistency, natural flavour and orange colour. It is an excellent choice for people who love pumpkin, who love experimenting in the kitchen and beyond, or are looking for a product that will allow them to prepare a completely healthy dish without artificial preservatives and dyes. To sum up, in addition to its characteristic taste and smell, it is worth remembering that pumpkin purée is a nod to maintaining good health and well-being.

HOW TO USE

Pumpkin puree is best stored in a dry, cool and shaded place. Storing in shaded places means that the puree retains a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals for a much longer period of time. Once the product has been opened, store it in the refrigerator.
