General questions
What does Easydoor offer?
You came here looking for a new door? We offer to be at your door, or more likely a courier with your Easydoor parcel that holds a piece of nature inside. We provide you with products for your body, mind and soul, from natural beauty and health products and accessories to sustainable houseware and eco detergents, usually made by hand from other small businesses or a few bigger, award-winning brands that are safe and adored, so you can order them here online.
Is Easydoor an entirely vegan shop?
First of all we are focused on providing our customers with natural and cruelty-free products so everyone as they wish is invited. This way we can offer mostly plant-based products, which makes it suitable for vegans except for maybe less than 5 products that i.e. include a bee wax in their composition. And the bee wax is rarely considered vegan, although our partners made sure it is from harmless, ecological sources. No worries! Such information is stated as vegetarian on the top of a product description.
Does Easydoor have its own branded products?
We do not have any branded products yet, except for the digital Gift Cards to our shop. We partner with the best natural brands, therefore most of our products are from small manufacturers all over the World including our local artisans from the UK.
How can I contact customer service?

How can I remove an item from my cart?
If a trash bin icon does not show, an alternative way to remove an item from your cart is to type to change the quantity to zero.
Is it possible to edit my order after I’ve paid?
Unfortunatelly once you purchase your order you can't edit it, neither us. In this case the best you can do is to contact us fast enough so we can try to resolve the issue.

Keep in mind that if you want to pick up your order, you have to order and pay online first at www.easydoor.shop . After that you ought to contact us to schedule your pick up.
Does Easydoor ship internationally?
Most certainly, we do ship internationally, our market includes the UK and the rest of Europe, Asia, North America.
What payment methods does Easydoor accept?
Currently we only accept online payments via bank transfer, card payment, Shop app, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc. We do not accept cash payments, even if you choose to pick up your order.
What shipping options can I choose?
We ship your orders with Royal Mail, and the options you can choose from are below:
Shipping cost in the UK
- the Royal Mail small parcel weight up to 2kg 2nd class - £3.49
- Royal Mail medium parcel weight up to 10kg 2nd class = £6.49
- Royal Mail Tracked 48h up to 2kg 2nd class - £3.89
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm 0 - 500g - £8.15
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm 501 - 1000g - £9.45
- Royal mail Special Delivery by 1pm 1001 - 2000g - £12.15
How long does shipping take?
Usually orders are shipped the day after the order was placed. It may depend on number of orders and other unforseen circumstances. Order placed during the weekend or public holidays are shipped the next business day. Next Day Delivery is fully dependent on the courier and his shipping policy.
Once the parcel has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer. Please note that in some cases it can take from 3 to 7 days to deliver your order via Royal Mail.
All products that need to be stored in the refrigerator, such as SEA MOSS GEL, are shipped via fast delivery services and have a separate price depending on the place of delivery.
Do I need to pay extra shipping, taxes, or import fees?
You need to cover standard shipping fee, unless your order is over £48 and shipped within the UK, then it's on us. Taxes are included in a product's price.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Check your e-mail that you provided along with the address at the checkout, and see if there is any message from Royal Mail about your delivery and then act accordingly. If you haven't received any e-mail please contact us.
My parcel was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
If the parcel is damaged during delivery, please take photos before opening it with a visible label with the address and then photos of damaged products.
Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I bought something from Easy Bargains and it's expired. Can I return it?
Easy Bargains is our type of outlet, an attempt at zero-waste movement. Many of our products can be used after expiration date, if they are stored as needed, and do not change much of color or consistency. So you can still have them for a lot less. We do let you know the best before date in the product's title, so if you bought something on sale, like for example from Easy Bargains, most likely your return won't be accepted.
