A few kilometers from Cuneo, there is the Pasta Natura company which has complete control of the entire supply chain: the cultivation of plants, the collection, drying, grinding of grains to obtain flour, up to the production of pasta. The corn, rice, buckwheat, chickpeas, peas, beans, lentils, oats, hemp, chestnuts and hazelnuts plants are grown on the land located near Villafalletto (CN).
The core business of the Pasta Natura company is the production of Gluten Free Pasta with the use of special gluten-free flours. Slow drying at low temperatures allows the pasta to retain all the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. The flavors do not change, but are enhanced and preserved up to your table.
