Serum was created to prevent new eczema-like conditions and to block the pores. And I was not disappointed - it worked, and even better than I expected! Created for problematic, oily and combination skin, our serum with manuka and turmeric regulates sebum. The serum contains only the highest quality, organic, fast-drying oils that do not clog pores and provide essential fatty acids as well as minerals and vitamins, therefore improving skin tone and elasticity. The serum is quickly absorbed and suitable to be used for daily care as well as together with makeup.
What makes it so effective? It's each of its amazing ingredients:
Indian honey oil, squeezed from grains and fruit of a tree originating in India. It has so many medicinal properties that it is called "Village Pharmacy" by the locals. Used for hundreds of years in Ayurveda, it is valued for its antibacterial and collagen production stimulating properties. Its regular use reduces the appearance of scars, moisturizes the skin and prevents wrinkles. It is perfect for acne skin, removes sebum and bacteria from the skin surface, thus preventing the formation of new skin breakouts.
Curcuma oil is obtained from the rhizomes of turmeric (Curcuma Longa) - a plant growing in India and used there in folk medicine for over 4,000 years. It is valued for its cleansing, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-allergic and antiseptic properties. As a strong antioxidant, it has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine as a skin care agent.
Manuka oil will always be my sweetheart. Personally, my first experience with manuka honey was when I used it to cure my son's water warts (Molluscum contagiosum). It has cured him so fast and effectively that of course, I have been using manuka honey for all throat infections since then. I use Manuka oil for all skin problems. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties are amazing. It couldn't be absent form my serum.
Carrot macerate is the power of beta carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. Oil that accelerates skin regeneration and improves its tone. When used regularly, it gives the skin a light shade of healthy tan. It prevents deepening of wrinkles and smoothes the skin.
Borage and evening primrose oil are used in the serum due to the high amount of gamma-linolenic acid from the omega-6 family, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Both of these oils are rich in flavonoids, vitamin C and mineral salts.
The oil of Italian strawflower called Immortelle, comes from a small decorative shrub with gray leaves and yellow tiny flowers. Thanks to its properties, it is used as a natural antihistamine and antibiotic. It fights rashes, irritations, relieves itching, constricts capillaries and regenerates the skin with bruises, petechia and acne. Personally, I also love its beautiful honey-spicy smell.
The serum is enriched with cumin oil, hemp, jojoba, Roman chamomile oil, macerate marigold, geranium, bergamot (antibacterial, bergapten-free, safe in the sun) and oils with sweet orange and thyme.
Everything in this serum helps its effectiveness. Used regularly for a month, it will restore balance to your skin. I recommend, as with all oils, to use it with hydrolate or water and to apply it to slightly damp skin.
The serum does not contain synthetic dyes, fragrances, preservatives, genetically modified ingredients. It is not tested on animals.
